Deputy Prime Minister meets Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister

Manama, Apr. 21 (BNA): Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, met with Fuad Hussein, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq.

He highlighted the longstanding relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Iraq, emphasising the importance of further developing them across various domains to serve shared interests.

Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla welcomed the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and his accompanying delegation, noting the mutual commitment to advancing cooperation and expanding coordination across multiple levels.

The meeting also reviewed several issues of common interest and the latest regional and international developments.
