Undersecretary for Political Affairs attends Pakistan Day reception

Manama, Apr. 28 (BNA): Ambassador Khaled Yousef Al Jalahma, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended the reception hosted by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, marking the 85th anniversary of Pakistan Day of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. 

Ambassador Al Jalahma conveyed Saqib Rauf, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom’s congratulations, from its leadership, government, and people, to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. He highlighted the depth of bilateral relations and the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening cooperation across all domains. He also noted Bahrain’s support for Pakistan’s progress and prosperity.

On his part, Ambassador Rauf commended the Kingdom’s role in supporting bilateral cooperation and expressed his appreciation for the Kingdom’s efforts to promote security and stability in the region. He also highlighted the historical relations between the two countries.
