Cypriot Foreign Minister visits Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa Academy for Diplomatic Studies

Manama, Apr. 28 (BNA): Dr. Constantinos Kombos, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, visited the Mohammed bin Mubarak Academy for Diplomatic Studies (MBMA) as part of his official visit to Bahrain.

He was received by Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Director General of the MBMA, and Ambassador Khaled Yousef Al Jalahma, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dr. Kombos toured the Academy’s facilities and was briefed on its training programmes aimed at developing diplomatic skills. Dr. Shaikha Muneera bint Khalifa presented the Academy’s vision, achievements, and internationally accredited programmes. 

Dr. Kombos also delivered a presentation on Cyprus’s foreign policy and discussed opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation with Bahrain.

At the end of the visit, he expressed appreciation for the academy’s efforts in supporting Bahrain’s diplomatic work.
