MAEE Launches Water Conservation Campaign for Hajj Pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah

   Riyadh, June 02, 2025, SPA -- The National Water Efficiency and Conservation Center (MAEE) has launched a vital awareness campaign across Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites for this year’s Hajj season, aiming to highlight the critical importance of rationalizing water consumption and preserving resources during periods of high demand.
   The initiative is being conducted in collaboration with various government, private, and non-profit entities. It features multilingual awareness materials designed to promote practical solutions for rational water consumption, encourage optimal water use behaviors, and foster sustainable habits that contribute to the long-term preservation of this vital resource.
   MAEE reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to positioning the Kingdom as a global leader in water and environmental sustainability, aligning with the objectives of the National Water Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
