Rice-transplanting Progresses Apace at Farms of Kangwon Province of DPRK

  Pyongyang, June 3 (KCNA) -- Kangwon Province in the DPRK is dynamically pushing ahead with rice-transplanting.
Thanks to the efforts of the working people who have turned out in carrying out the immediate farming process, the rice-transplanting in the province has reached the final stage.
Agricultural workers in Wonsan and Munchon cities finished the rice-transplanting in time, taking measures to cope with the effects of the disastrous abnormal weather.
Anbyon and Chonnae counties fulfilled their daily plans by raising the operation rate of rice-transplanting machines.
Agricultural workers in Kosan and Thongchon counties took measures to supply water and ensured the number of plants per phyong. 
Kimhwa, Hoeyang and Popdong counties increased the enthusiasm of farmers for emulation.
