Call Center 937: Integrated Health Services to Pilgrims

Makkah, June 03, 2025, SPA -- The Ministry of Health's call center, accessible at (937), is actively providing integrated services to pilgrims during the Hajj season 1446 AH. Through this unified number, the call center offers around-the-clock health support and facilitates access to various health services. This initiative aligns with the objectives of the Healthcare Sector Transformation Program and the Pilgrim Experience Program, both of which are integral to Saudi Vision 2030. The primary goal is to enhance the quality of health services for pilgrims, helping them perform their religious rituals with health and tranquility.
The call center is staffed by specialized and trained professionals who operate continuously to ensure a quick response to the health needs of pilgrims. Services are offered in seven languages: Arabic, English, French, Urdu, Indonesian, Persian, and Turkish, allowing effective communication with pilgrims from diverse nationalities.
The center focuses on handling calls from pilgrims and addressing their inquiries and concerns. It also provides medical consultations via phone with specialized doctors. Additionally, the call center manages urgent reports in collaboration with health facilities in Makkah and the holy sites. It processes complaints, monitors their progress, and assists in locating missing individuals and those who are hospitalized.
