Hadiyah and Saudi Center for Research and Responsibility Partner to Enhance Pilgrims' Experience

   Makkah, June 3, 2025, SPA -- The Hajj and Umrah Charity Association (Hadiyah) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Center for Research and Responsibility (CSR) to boost cooperation in serving the pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors.
   The agreement aims to implement a range of innovative programs and initiatives that enrich the spiritual and service experience of pilgrims. Key areas of collaboration include the launch of volunteer-driven programs and community activities, the provision of guidance and advisory services, and the organization of training and professional development for volunteers and staff engaged in pilgrim services.
   Additionally, the agreement supports the adoption of awareness campaigns and social initiatives aimed at raising public awareness and promoting a positive societal impact. It also encourages the exchange of research and studies related to Hajj, Umrah, and visitor services between the two organizations.
