A statement from the Presidency of the Republic stated: "The President of the Republic received the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq, Anil Bora Inan, today, Monday, at the Baghdad Palace."

During the meeting, the President stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and peoples.
