Asian Coordination Committee Reviews Riyadh's Preparations to Host the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games

Riyadh, July 24, 2025, SPA -- The Coordination Committee for the 6th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games "Riyadh 2026" held a meeting on Wednesday with the Organizing Committee at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Olympic Complex in Riyadh.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee (SOPC) Vice President and Supreme Organizing Committee of the games member Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, SOPC board member Prince Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdullah, Assistant Minister of Sport Abdulelah bin Saad Al-Dalak, and several other officials.
Prince Fahd bin Jalawi expressed his gratitude to the wise leadership for their significant support, which has positioned the Kingdom as one of the finest hosts for major sporting events. He highlighted that this achievement is under the supervision of the Minister of Sport and the Chairman of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
He affirmed that the Kingdom's hosting of this year's games represents a milestone in the history of sports in the region, as it is the first country in West Asia to host the major sporting event.
Members of the Coordination Committee of the Olympic Council of Asia reviewed the services to be provided during the games, including the accommodations for participating athletes, services for the national Olympic committees attending the event, and procedures for obtaining entry visas and accreditation cards.
The meeting also covered medical services, communication and network facilities, ceremonies and protocol, marketing, and anti-doping control.
