Summer Aesthetic Symposium in Field of Land and Environment Protection-2025 Held
Pyongyang, August 14 (KCNA) -- The summer aesthetic symposium in the field of land and environment protection-2025 took place at the Sci-Tech Complex in the DPRK on Wednesday.
Present there were officials and scientists in the fields of land and environment protection, design, industrial art, science and education.
Speeches were made by So Kum Ryong, teacher of Kim Il Sung University, Han Pyong Ik, vice-chairman of the Hoechang County People's Committee of South Phyongan Province, and Kim Sung Hyok, vice-director of the Forestry Institute under the Forest Guidance Bureau of the Ministry of Land and Environment Protection.
Speakers said that to turn all mountains into useful golden mountains and treasure mountains through proper afforestation and conservation and management is an important guarantee for turning the country's rivers and mountains into a paradise for the people and implementing the Workers' Party of Korea's policy on regional development.
They explained the ways for implementing the Party's policy on turning the whole country into a thick woodland and greenery. -0-
