Ukraine parliament to make last attempt to unblock work

KIEV, July 14 (Itar-Tass) - The Ukrainian parliament intends on
Tuesday to gather for its past meeting ahead of the summer recess. The
initiator of the meeting was faction of the Bloc of Yulia Timoshenko (BYT)
that is trying to unblock the work of the Verkhovna Rada for passing
urgent bills.
Since July 1 the parliament has been blocked by deputies of the
opposition Party of Regions demanding raising the minimal wages and
pensions.
