French ambassador: Kyrgyzstan at forefront of electoral progress

Bishkek, Oct. 9, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan stands at the forefront of electoral progress, said French Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Nicolas Faye during a meeting with Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) on October 8.

Ambassador Faye commended the CEC’s efforts in strengthening democratic institutions and highlighted the advanced technologies applied in Kyrgyzstan’s electoral process.

“In France, elections are still conducted manually. We will study your experience with great interest,”
the ambassador noted.
