Al-Araji affirms: The Iraqi Government Is Proceeding With Its Openness To All Countries Of The World

Baghdad /NINA/ -National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji affirmed that the Iraqi government is committed to its openness to all countries of the world.

The National Security Chancelley stated in a press release: "Al-Araji met today, Thursday, at his office with the Turkish Ambassador to Baghdad, Anil Bora Anan. During the meeting, they discussed ways to develop bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as reviewing joint memoranda of understanding at all levels."

Al-Araji emphasized: "The Iraqi government is committed to its openness to all countries of the world, in a manner that guarantees the interests of Iraq and the Iraqi people."

For his part, the Turkish Ambassador praised the Iraqi government's role in the successful parliamentary elections, offering his congratulations on their smooth conduct, which strengthens democracy in the country. /End
