Officials and Members of Women's Union Meet to Vow Revenge on U.S. Imperialists

 Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- Officials and members of the women's union met at the plaza of the Central Class Education House on June 24 to vow to revenge on the U.S. imperialists on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism.
Present at the meeting were officials of the Central Committee of the women's union and its officials and members in Pyongyang.

The reporter and speakers, in the name of mothers and women across the country, bitterly denounced the U.S. imperialists for plunging the land, which was seething with the building of a new society, into the crucible of aggressive war and leaving immeasurable misfortune and grudge wounds to the Korean people.
The Fatherland Liberation War gave the strong experience that the bloody history should not be repeated any longer and the truth of history that the dignity and national interests of a state are guaranteed only by the strongest strength, they said, stressing that if justice is not be trampled down by injustice, one should have built up the tremendous national power which no one dares to provoke. This is the immutable creed we cherish in their minds on the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism, they noted.
They expressed their iron will to take revenge upon the sworn enemies a thousandfold in the name of mothers and children who fell down with grudge if the aggressors bring the dark clouds of war again.
They called for bringing up and placing their children at the post for national defence and making a genuine contribution to bolstering up the country's defence capabilities, always bearing in mind that national defence is the most sacred duty of citizens.
They expressed their resolve to further consolidate the revolutionary position and the class position of the Korean revolution, rallied close around the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, glorify the history of great victory generation after generation and demonstrate the revolutionary spirit and mettle of the Korean women in the grand struggle to implement the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea. -0-
