HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister receives the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Bahrain

Manama, Dec. 14 (BNA):  His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received His Excellency Henning Georg Simon, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Gudaibiya Palace. 

His Royal Highness commended the strength of bilateral relations between Bahrain and Germany, and outlined the importance of strengthening ties further.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister noted efforts to deepen joint cooperation in order to pursue opportunities that bolster ties.

During the meeting, a review of current regional and international developments and issues of common interest were also discussed.

For his part, the newly appointed Ambassador of Germany expressed his gratitude for HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations in support of shared aspirations.  HE the Ambassador concluded by wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued growth and prosperity.

HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, also attended the meeting.
