Islamic University of Madinah Earns 'Outstanding' Energy Efficiency Rating

      Madinah, July 02, 2026, SPA -- The Islamic University of Madinah earned an “Outstanding” rating, with a 100% compliance rate, on the energy efficiency performance scorecard issued by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center, after meeting all main evaluation criteria and subcriteria.
   The scorecard showed that the university complied with energy efficiency requirements, submitted electricity and fuel consumption data, prepared plans to improve energy efficiency, and implemented awareness and training programs.
   The achievement reflects the university’s commitment to energy conservation and improving resource-use efficiency, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
