2026 FIFA World Cup Sets New Attendance Record in United States

   Riyadh, July 05, 2026, SPA -- The United States has set a new attendance record for the World Cup matches it is co-hosting this summer with Canada and Mexico.
   FIFA announced that attendance at World Cup matches held in the United States has surpassed eight million spectators, setting a new record for any host nation in World Cup history.
   The country is hosting 78 of the tournament's 104 matches, while Canada and Mexico are each staging 13 matches.
