"Nyomaeng" Small Tractors Conveyed to Farms

 Pyongyang, July 7 (KCNA) -- "Nyomaeng(women's union)"  small tractors, provided by women's union officials and members in the DPRK, were conveyed to the Jonthan Farm in Kowon County of South Hamgyong Province and the Yongang Farm in Kaephung District of Kaesong Municipality on July 6 with the approaching Eighth Congress of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea as an occasion.
Present at the conveying ceremonies were officials concerned, officials of the Central Committee of the women's union and relevant farms, agricultural workers and women's union members.
Speakers there noted that those small tractors were provided by women's union organizations through a good-conduct movement.
They stressed the need for women's union officials and members to further conduct a mass movement conducive to the agricultural production, true to the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea.
At the end of the ceremonies, the participants looked round "Nyomaeng" small tractors. -0-
