Saudi Esports Clubs Join Global Elite Ahead of Esports World Cup 2026

   Paris, July 11, 2026, SPA -- Saudi esports clubs have emerged as major contenders on the global stage since the launch of the Esports World Cup in 2024, with Team Falcons claiming the inaugural Club Championship title and successfully retaining it in 2025, further strengthening its reputation as one of the world’s leading esports clubs.
   The tournament’s third edition, taking place in Paris for the first time and running until August 23, presents Saudi clubs with a new challenge as they aim to defend their title against an increasingly competitive international field. The Club Championship is based on points accumulated across multiple esports titles, rewarding clubs with consistent performances, strong rosters, and versatility across different games.
   Leading the Saudi charge, Team Falcons has qualified for 18 tournaments in the 2026 edition, while Twisted Minds has secured places in nine competitions, reflecting the continued expansion of Saudi esports. Both teams will compete against global powerhouses such as France’s Team Vitality and Team Liquid in the race for the championship.
