Vientiane administration awarded with first class medal
(KPL) The first class medal of courage (Phila-At-Hane) was awarded to the Vientiane administration at the Lao ITECT on 15 July by Lieutenant General Douangchay Phichit, LPRP CC Politburo member and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense.
The presentation of the said medal was a part of activities to celebrate the 60th founding anniversary of the Lao People’s Army and to recognize the great efforts and contributions offered to the army by the provincial leaders and
authorities.
Vientiane Capital was one of 7 provinces who received the medal. On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Douangchay Phichit also gave directions to the Vientiane administration.
