Buraidah, August 12, 2026, SPA -- The Buraidah International Dates Carnival organizes a comprehensive marketing journey from farms to shoppers through an integrated system that receives farmers' produce and facilitates the smooth flow of sales throughout the season.
This system is particularly significant in Qassim Region, home to approximately 11 million date palms that produce over 580,000 tons of dates annually across more than 100 varieties, reflecting the diversity of the region's date palm sector.
The marketing journey begins before sunrise, as vehicles loaded with dates arrive at the carnival's site. Their entry and movement to designated display and sales areas are carefully organized to handle incoming produce and keep pace with the market's daily activity.
