Amir of Kuwait Receives GCC Secretary-General

Kuwait, August 18, 2026, SPA -- Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi today at the Bayan Palace in Kuwait.
The amir underscored the importance of continuing to support the GCC's journey and bolstering integration efforts among its member states to fulfill the aspirations of their peoples for greater security, stability, prosperity, and development.
