Islamic Affairs Ministry Organizes Second Training Course for Imams, Preachers in Montenegro
Podgorica, August 23, 2026, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the Religious Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, began the second training course on Saturday for 50 imams and preachers in Montenegro.
The three-day course includes several lectures and foundational lessons, aiming to enhance participants' knowledge and develop their skills in leading prayers, delivering sermons, and preaching. This contributes to improving their preaching performance and strengthening their positive impact on society.
The course is part of the ministry's efforts to train imams and preachers, promote the values of moderation and tolerance, foster a culture of peaceful coexistence, and reinforce moderate religious discourse.
