HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets the Crown Prince of Johor

Kuala Lumpur, Oct. 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with His Royal Highness Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor, Malaysia.
The meeting is part of His Royal Highness’ attendance at the 2026 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, in Malaysia, marking the 22nd edition of the event.
The event is being hosted by Malaysia with the blessings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister affirmed the depth of the relationship between Bahrain and Malaysia, which extends across many levels.
His Royal Highness highlighted His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's and His Majesty the King of Malaysia's, ongoing support for cooperation and joint coordination between the two countries. His Royal Highness noted that these efforts contribute to furthering shared aspirations and development for both countries.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his appreciation to Malaysia for their cooperation in ensuring the success of the 2026 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia, which reflects the strength of the Bahrain-Malaysia relations.
His Royal Highness affirmed the mutual commitment to deepen the bilateral partnerships and strengthen cooperation between Bahrain and Malaysia.
During the meeting, the latest regional and international developments and a number of issues of mutual interest, were also discussed.
For his part, His Royal Highness Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim expressed his appreciation for His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s commitment to developing bilateral relations and cooperation, in a way that achieves the shared aspirations of both countries and their peoples.
