Founding Anniversary of WPK Marked by General Association of Koreans in China

 Pyongyang, October 13 (KCNA) -- Celebrations were held by the General Association of Koreans in China on Oct. 9 and 10 on the occasion of the 81st founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Laid at the statues of President Kim Il Sung at Yuwen Middle School in Jilin of China were flower baskets in the name of the General Association of Koreans in China, the Association of Korean Women in China, the Association of Young Korean Nationals in China, the Jilin city branch of the Jilin Provincial Association of the GAKC and the family of Hwang Paek Ha, a Korean in China related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle.
Officials and members of the headquarters of the GAKC and its Zhongnan and Liaoning regional associations laid flower baskets and made bows to the portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il at the DPRK embassy in Beijing and DPRK missions in Shenyang and Dandong.
A study of the report on the revolutionary activities of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was made at the meeting room of the headquarters of the GAKC.
Present there were officials of the headquarters of the GAKC and members of the Shenyang city branch of the Liaoning Regional Association of the GAKC.
Then, there took place a seminar titled "On the immortal exploits performed by the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and respected Marshal Kim Jong Un in strengthening the development of the WPK".
Meanwhile, colorful events were held by the Beijing city branch of the Zhongnan Regional Association, the Yanji city branch of the Yanbian Regional Association and the Harbin city branch of the Harbin Regional Association of the GAKC. -0-
