Lahj official escapes assassination attempt
SANA'A, Aug. 08 (Saba)-Deputy Governor
of Lahj Adel al-Masodi survived on Saturday an assassination attempt carried by
outlaw
elements in al-Habilin city of Lahj governorate, 26sep.net reported.
Al-Masodi said he heard an explosion in his car and while he went out to check out,
other bomb blasted injuring him.
The official was admitted to Abn Khaldon Hospital for treatment.
Al-Masodi asked police to arrest people who are behind attempt of the assassination
to send them to justice.
