BAKU TO HOST EAST-WEST FILM FESTIVAL
Baku, August 20 (AzerTAc). The East-West film festival will be held here in September, one of a series of events Baku will host through the year in the capacity of Islamic Culture Capital for 2009, according to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The opening ceremony will be held in the Heydar Aliyev palace.
The event will feature movies by Azerbaijani, Russian, Estonian, Polish, Bulgarian and Iranian filmmakers.
