“Good deeds of South” campaign is being held in South Kazakhstan

Shymkent, August 24 2009, Khabar - A group of active public members are visiting districts and regions and familiarizing themselves with the way the implementation of the main social state programs is being carried out. The scale of road construction is quite impressive. A highway which connects this remote region with Kentau and Turkestan will be commissioned as early as this year. The cost of the facility stands at one billion tenge. One part of this sum is being drawn by Suzak and the other one by Kentau. Also, 240 million tenge has been allocated from the district budget for the repairs of internal roads and sidewalks. Money has also been allocated for the repairs of four schools. The republic’s treasure has rendered assistance in the capital reconstruction of the Taken Alimkulov boarding school as part of the “Road map” as well. Wide scope of work produced a great impression on the group of active members of the society who made a journey to the interior of the country in order to check as to how state funds are being spent.

- Many people who work in various areas came here, including public organizations, parties, cultural educational centers, medical officials and veterans. Everyone has their own views. Today, people got added evidence that the work on the request of the president is being carried out actively in the Southern Kazakhstan region.

Stadiums, streets, parks and public gardens are being given a makeover. 18 million tenge has been allocated for the beautification of one Park of young people alone. On the whole, 19 projects are being implemented on the “Road map” in the Suzak district.
