AZERI FILM TO BE DEMONSTRATED IN MOSCOW
Baku, August 28 (AzerTAc). The 40th door by Azerbaijani moviemaker Elchin Musaoglu will be screened at the 13th forum of cinematographers from CIS and Baltic states in Moscow on Friday.
The film tells the story of a young teenage boy who moves to the capital Baku after his father is killed by the Russian mafia, who also begin pursuing the boy for money. Dreaming of becoming a musician, he finds an unusual new friend.
The film debuted in North America at the Houston festival in April thanks to a sister-city cooperation between Houston and Baku, and picked up a Golden Remi award for best foreign film.
