PRESIDENT OFFERS INDEPENDENCE DAY GREETINGS TO BRAZILIAN COUNTERPART

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to President of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on his country`s Independence Day.
The Head of State expressed confidence “relations between Azerbaijan and Brazil will always develop in an atmosphere of friendship and cooperation”.
President Ilham Aliyev wished the Brazilian leader and the people of his country “best regards, prosperity and welfare”.
