Cooperation of state structures and non-governmental organizations

Taraz, September 09 2009, Khabar - The regional forum of non-governmental organizations (NGO) has taken place in Taraz. The attendees of the forum have discussed effectiveness of NGO’s work, realization of social projects and strengthening of partnership relations with state structures. About 200 non-governmental organizations (NGO) function in Zhambyl region and most of them realize state order for social projects. The NGOs realize great work. For example, “Zhas Alan” public organization explains President’s Message and Strategy 2030 to people. Activists of Association of business women created offices almost in all districts of the region during this year and hundreds of rural women participated in realization of social projects. During 8 years hundreds of teenagers learned to jump with parachute and fly on paraplanes at the patriotic club of Anatoliy Kisil. Aigerim Moldasheva, famous pilot-woman is a graduated of this club. The main task of the club is patriotic upbringing.

Anatoliy Kisil, director of military-patriotic club “Aviation center”:
- We have been receiving grants for many years from the department of interior policy of regional municipal administration. And we will survive due to these grants.

Nilziya Rakhisheva, chairwoman of “Akbulak” public union:
- As you know, the state supports NGOs after conception of development of civil society was adopted and public organizations cooperate with state structures and businessmen. All this gives positive results.

The result of the forum is adopting of nine suggestions on improvement of work of NGOs and 20 participants have been elected as delegates for the republican civil forum.
