EU ENERGY COMMISSIONER MEETS MEMBERS OF CASPIAN INTEGRATION BUSINESS CLUB
Baku, September 15 (AzerTAc). Energy Commissioner of the European Union Andris Piebalgs has met today members of Caspian Integration Business Club to discuss cooperation between Europe and the Caspian region.
Piebalgs spoke of diversification of transportation routes for energy sources and perspectives of “Eastern partnership” and Nabucco projects.
He also commented on perspectives of use of alternative energy sources in Azerbaijan.
Piebalgs was presented with a certificate for membership of the club.
