Spanish media highlights KAUST

Madrid, Sept 23, SPA -- Spanish publication highlighted in its
edition today the opening of King Abdullah University of Science and
Technology (KAUST).

Under the title "Saudi Arabia is opening today its leading
university of science and technology", El Mundo newspaper said that
the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al
Saud aspires to see KAUST the focus of world attention and a sheer
scientific environment in which Saudi engineers, technicians,
researchers and scholars are qualified to serve their countries.
"Saudi Arabia is witnessing steadily increasing and growing
in its population development, requiring more hard work which is
already being done by its government in this regard", El Mundo added.
