N Korea completes reprocessing 8,000 spent fuel rods.

PYONGYANG, November 3 (Itar-Tass) - North Korea said on Tuesday it had
completed to reprocess 8,000 spent nuclear fuel extracted from its
Yongbyon nuclear facility to get weaponizing plutonium, Pyongyang's
official Korean Central News Agency said.
North Korea successfully completed the reprocessing of spent fuel rods
already by the end of August.
