Baku, 6 November (AzerTAc). The 3rd congress of the Russian community in Azerbaijan has kicked off in the country`s capital.
The event brings together more than 300 people, including top officials of Azerbaijan and Russia, diplomats and MPs, as well as head of Baku and All-Caspian Orthodox Eparchy, father Alexander, Count Peter Sheremetev and Prince Dimitri Romanov.
