Putin arrives in Ukraine for CIS Heads Gvt Council.

SYMFEROPOL, November 19 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has arrived with a two-day working visit to Ukraine on Thursday.

This day he has negotiations with the Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia
Timoshenko in Yalta, takes part in a session of Economic Cooperation
Committee of the Russia-Ukraine Interstate Commission.
The meeting of the CIS Heads of Government Council is due on Friday.
Putin plans to meet his counterparts from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and
Moldova.
Upon arriving to the Livadia Palace in Yalta Vladimir Putin will hold
a narrow-format conversation with Yulia Timoshenko, and later the members
of the national delegations will join the heads of government to
participate in the Committee session. One expects over the results of the
session the final protocol will be signed, and Putin and Timoshenko are to
give a joint press conference.
Alongside the Council session the Russian Prime Minister is to make
acquaintances with the new prime ministers of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Usenov
and that of Moldova Vlad Filatov. He will also hold talks with the Kazakh
Head of government Karim Masimov, whom he met more than once. Thereafter
some joint documents are to be signed.
