AZERBAIJAN`S FM MEETS DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER OF IRAN

Baku, June 5 (AzerTAj) - Elmar Mammadyarov, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan met with Alirza Sheikh Attar, Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran to discuss the ways of expanding cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan, holding regular session of the Azerbaijan-Iran Joint Commission for trade, as well as Qazvin-Resht-Anzali- Astararailway project.

Both officials stressed the need to continue talks on the status of the Caspian Sea.

The sides also exchanged views on the developments in the world, as well as regional issues.
