HYDRO POWER PLANT TO BE ERECTED
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Energy production will gradually increase in Khangai region of the country in coming years according to the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy.
It has been planned to erect a hydro power station in one of rivers of Eg and Orkhon for ensuring regular energy supply to the Erdenet Mining Corporation and projects on constructing a number of plants to process copper concentration based in Erdmin plant, to develop phosphor extraction, exploit a main gold deposit in Bayankhongor province and to extract a precious metal deposit in Arkhangai province.
