CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Regular cabinet meeting discussed Wednesday draft amendments to the laws initiated by Ts.Bayarsaikhan MP--on market information; on regulation of adhering to credit information; on the Bank of Mongolia; on banks; on activities of non-banking financial institutions; on license of activities of entities; on crimes; on right to own properties and state registration of rights except of properties, and on cooperatives.
The cabinet backed in principle the drafts on credit information and some related draft laws.
The government backed a new wording of a draft law on medicines and medical equipment. It will be submitted to the State Great Khural.
A brief report on activities of the government performed in November 2009 was given by Ch.Khurelbaatar, a head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government.
The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry T.Badamjunai was allowed to pay a visit January 14-16, 2010 to the Federal Republic of Germany. The visit's directives will be approved by the Premier.
