Securities lures more foreign investor

Hanoi, June 10 (VNA) - The Securities Depository Centre has reported that more than 1,239 foreign investors were granted trade codes in the second quarter of this year. They include 112 organisations and 1,127 individual investors. As of June 2, there were 712 organisations and 10,347 individual investors issued with trading codes at the centre. In June alone, there were more than 28 organisations and 383 individual foreign investors. Last month, there were 38 organisations and 358 individual investors. By March 3, there were 600 organisations and 9,220 individual foreign investors. In January 2008, alone, 35 organisations and 399 individual investors were issued with trade codes for the Vietnam stock market.-Enditem
