Yemen discusses health cooperation with China, Cuba, Russia

SANA'A, June 10 (Saba)- Public Health and Population Minister Abdul-Karim Rasea held talks Monday with Chinese ambassador in Sana'a Luo Xiaoguang on aspects of enhancing the healthy cooperation between the two countries. Their talks also focused on a Chinese medical mission in Yemen and the possibility to sign a new health agreement during the coming visit of Chinese vice president to Yemen. On the another hand, Rasea discussed with the Cuban Charge d'affair in Yemen the cooperation relations between the two countries in the health field. The two officials also discussed the means to support the future cooperation between the two sides, particularly the cooperation agreement that would be singed during the Rasea's visit to Cuba next week. The Health Minister also held a meeting with Russian ambassador to Yemen Vladimir Trofimov and discussed with him the duties of Russian medical missions in Yemen. They also discussed the means of boosting the bilateral healthy cooperation, in addition to discussing the possibilities to reduce the difficulties that face Yemeni undergraduates in Russia.
