UNESCO DELEGATION TO VISIT YEMEN

SANA'A, June 09 (Saba)- Deputy Director General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Marcio N. Barbosa and Director of UNESCO Regional Office in Cairo Tarek Shawki will visit Yemen next week to meet with a number of Yemen's officials. In a statement to Saba, General Secretary of the National Committee for Education, Culture and Sciences Mohammed al-Qadasi said the UNESCO's delegation would meet Prime Minister Ali Mujawar to discuss aspects of cooperation between Yemen and UNESCO in addition to discussing the various activities implemented by UNESCO in Yemen.
