SECRETARY OF SRC APPOINTED

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Mr Ochiryn Lkhagvarentsen has been appointed as secretary of the State Rehabilitation Commission at a decision of the Commision's head, Deputy Speaker of parliament N.Enkhbold.
Mr Lkhagvarentsen has professions of economist and political expert. He obtained the academic degree of Doctor at the Russia's Economy Academy named after G.B.Plekhanov.
Prior to the appointment, he had served as Director of the Research Center of Political Victims.
