DRAFT LAW ON BUDGET STABILITY DISCUSSED ++P

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ At its scheduled meeting on Wednesday, the government discussed a bill on budget stability.
The Government decided to submit the draft law to parliament for consideration after reviewing it again at its next meeting with the aim of adding some suggestions.
This draft law will ensure a setting of a budget management principle and a budget special criteria to determine the budget policy and strategy. It will also heighten duty and responsibility of law making and executive governance organizations for ensuring the stability of medium and long term budget and creating a new legal environment of budget management based on the budget special criteria.
