LAW ON ACCOUNTING AMENDED

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The cabinet discussed and then backed in principle a draft amendment to the law on accountancy at Wednesday's regular meeting.
In the law, the added are a term called "Client financial organization" and a clause about an entity's handing over its financial reports quarterly and yearly within the lawful period through accepted blanks or E-mail.
Pursuant to the amendment, a member of the government in charge of finance and accounting gets a right to adopt a model of receipts, and the accounting is conducted in Mongolia's national currency--Togrog (MNT).
