18th anniversary of founding of internal forces of Ministry of Interior Affairs of RK
Astana, January 10, 2009, Khabar - January 10, is 18th anniversary of founding of internal forces of Ministry of Interior Affairs of RK.
Gala concert dedicated to this event, took place in Congress Hall of Astana on Friday. Internal forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan were established in the country one of the first. Their primary task is ensuring safety of individuals, society and state. It is the internal forces soldiers guard the most important state facilities, protect correctional institutions, prevent breaches of public order and local armed conflicts. The internal forces obliged tirelessly to ensure citizens to feel safe in the country.
Ruslan Zhaksylykov, the commander of internal forces of Ministry of Interior Affairs of RK:
- We have a lot of results, we worked much. I say with confidence that by today we carry out all our tasks that are entrusted to us and may be due to our efforts the streets become calmer.
Last year the internal forces prevented five escapes from prison, over 250 pieces of seized weapons and firearms in the streets of cities in Kazakhstan, as well as nearly 500 different major events that took place in the country under the participation of some members of Interior Ministry troops. However, today celebrate the holiday themselves contributing law. They have been guarding the republic’s security for 18 years. The Central orchestra of song and dance of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan performed the gala concert for colleagues. Last year this orchestra performed 85 concerts around the country.
