IRREGULAR CABINET MEETING HELD

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The irregular cabinet meeting held Tuesday issued a resolution on taking some measures in connection with a worsening overwintering in 198 soums of 19 aimags.
In accordance with the resolution, herdsmen are allowed to buy hay and fodder kept in Bayan-Olgii, Zavkhan, Uvs, Khovd, Khovsgol, Gobi-Altai, Bayankhongor, Arkhangai, Ovorkhangai, Dundgobi, Omnogobi and Tov aimags' storages at half-discounted price.
Khovsgol aimag's Galt and Uvs aimag's Davst soums will have ambulance cars. One billion 88 million and 370 thousand togrog will be allotted from the government reserved fund for cleaning auto roads, delivering fodder to herdsmen, for fuel of vehicles that are used in rendering social assistance to bagas (smallest administrative unit in localities). A coal for at least 21 days is to be accumulated at power stations, and heat loss will be ceased in thermal lines.
Minister of Roads, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development Kh.Battulga was ordered to clear city and local roads from snow; a Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry T.Badamjunai is to give 30 tons of non-standard wheat so as to made a fodder from it, a Foreign Minister G.Zandanshatar will ask foreign countries and international organizations for help and support for herdsmen, the city's Mayor G.Monkhbayar was told to pay an attention to the city's overwintering.
