T.GANDI MEETS DPRK DELEGATION

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ A Minister of Social Welfare and Labor T.Gandi received Tuesday Choi Hwa Song, an advisor to the Ambassador of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to Mongolia and a delegation of the "Deson" economic corporation.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged information on the economic collaboration between the two countries and shared views on importing N.Korean skilled labor force to Mongolia.
Mr Choi underlined that the countries have an opportunity to co-exploit the Soviet technology-based oil processing plant in the seaport in Rajin Sonbong Economic Special Zone in DPRK.
Emphasizing that professionals and experts from the DPRK worked with great effects in Mongolia at the sectors of health, infrastructure, arts and culture, Gandi said Mongolia will discuss the issues of employing DPRK's specialists in mining, road, construction and agricultural spheres pursuant to inter-governmental agreement.
She expressed her satisfaction with the widening Mongolia-DPRK cooperation in external trade, health, arts and cultural sectors.
