BSEC Council of Foreign Ministers to assemble in Russian Sochi on July 1 - diplomat

ISTANBUL, January 22. /TASS/. The Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) will meet for a session in the Russian Black Sea resort city of Sochi on July 1, a top diplomat from the Russian Foreign Ministry told reporters on Friday. The session of the foreign ministers "will be the biggest final event of Russia’s BSEC presidency," said Yevgeny Stanislavov, the director of the ministry’s economic cooperation department. BSEC is a regional economic structure uniting 12 countries: Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. Established in 1992, BSEC is an inter-governmental organization created with the aim to foster interaction and harmony among its member states, as well as to ensure peace, stability and prosperity encouraging friendly and good-neighborly relations in the Black Sea region.
