Iran’s Independent News Agency “Fars News” plans to open a representative office in Kazakhstan. The holding that was established 15 years ago, intends to cooperate with the representatives of the Kazakh media. Moreover, the agency is ready to conduct advanced training courses. After the lifting of international sanctions in 2013, Kazakhstan and Iran have expanded bilateral cooperation in trade and economic as well as the cultural ties.

SEYED NIZAMUDDIN MOUSSAVI, HEAD OF INFORMATION AGENCY:

Kazakhstan is actively developing. Therefore, we want to open our representative office in Kazakhstan. We are at the stage of licensing procedures. Two years ago we opened the institution that prepares journalists. Now, 300 students study there. We conduct training courses on its basis. And we will be very glad if our Kazakh colleagues will also pass training here.
